I'd say Global insult (now international insult chat) because people might be cringe there but no one missuses there powers,like in almost every racist chat i have been in,if i piss the admins, they'll ban me.Like they're so insecure that they get scared of a 16 yo. Another thing about Global insult is (yes i like the name global insult more and I'll use it instead) that you don't get to see idiots like momo and strange cases like Lina,wise people like Gary,Cringe but good people like Ramsey,Good chinese people like teach,Kittyhawk and Always Angry Das Nemesis
